Mathiya Adams writes Cozy Mysteries, and is the author of The Hot Dog Detective series about Mark MacFarland, a former police detective who now operates a hot dog cart… but who still keeps finding himself drawn into solving murders.

Mathiya Adams worked for many years in the corporate world as an consultant and a trainer. She taught the most hardened, cynical, and difficult population on the planet: supervisors and managers of large businesses. She wrote and published a series of management development textbooks for businesses.Her career has taken her to many parts of the world. She’s spent large hunks of her life in New York, New Jersey, California, Colorado, Texas, Alaska, Scotland, Mexico, the Philippines, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. She’s sojourned in Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, England, France, Canada, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, Illinois, Georgia, Florida…oh, the list goes on and on. Having lived in so many diverse cultures, she’s acquired a great tolerance and appreciation of people of different cultures and backgrounds. Perhaps that is one of the factors that inspires her detective hero MacFarland’s understanding of the various groups that make up the homeless and underclass of American society.

Rayne Hall has published more than forty books under different pen names with different publishers in different genres, mostly fantasy, horror and non-fiction. Recent books include Storm Dancer (dark epic fantasy novel), 13 British Horror Stories, Six Scary Tales Vol 1, 2, 3, 4 (creepy horror stories), Six Historical Tales (short stories), Six Quirky Tales (humorous fantasy stories), Writing Fight Scenes, The World-Loss Diet, Writing About Villains, Writing About Magic and Writing Scary Scenes (instructions for authors).

She holds a college degree in publishing management and a masters degree in creative writing. Rayne has lived in Germany, China, Mongolia and Nepal and has now settled in a small dilapidated town of former Victorian grandeur on the south coast of England.

Vashti Valant

Vashti Valant has written more than eighteen Romance and Erotica novels and novellas, under a variety of noms de plume. She’s written for Ellora’s Cave, Samhain, Changeling, and has worked as a ghost writer.
